Evan is a partner practicing Corporate/Commercial Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Condominium Law. Evan assists clients in all areas of Corporate/Commercial Law, including the purchase or sale of a business, commercial leasing, commercial financing, corporate reorganizations, and contract matters. He acts for buyers or sellers on commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate transactions and advises condominium corporations and unit owners on condominium law issues. He can also assist with estate planning and administration, as well as business succession planning.

Evan is a current member of the Central Alberta Bar Society and a former Board Member of the Red Deer Tennis Club and Sylvan Lake Chamber of Commerce. He has in the past volunteered for the United Way Foundation. He actively coaches in many minor sports organizations including Red Deer Minor Hockey, Red Deer Pond Hockey, and Red Deer City Soccer Association.
